I think advertisers abuse the use of sex to sell a product. It’s one thing to use it but they exploit it.

DO SOME ADS CROSS THE LINE FROM GOOD TASTE?

Yes, I think some ads cross the line. Sex shouldn’t be advertised, it sued to be a symbol of love. Now its used provocatively

DOES ADVERTISING TODAY RELY TOO MUCH ON SEX AS AN ELEMENT OF PERSUASION?

I am finding that advertisers are using more and more sex as a method to persuade their audience. It’s not so much as them relying on it when they know it works second best to humour. Many companies are trying to push the boundaries of “the line” Those are the ads you see. Any one that hasn’t been seen probably crossed that fine line and had to withdraw the ad. Now good taste is a whole different story.
